Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, send an email to contact@urbanhippiestore.com. Every effort will be made to stop your order prior to shipping. In the event that shipping has already occurred, you may return the package for a full refund of the product. Note - items must be unopened and in original packaging with seal. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the request for cancellation was placed within 2 hours of order submission.

Returns

Returns are permitted for products in original packaging with seals intact.  Product price will be refunded in full once return is received.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Send returns to 11 Brownstone Court, Bloomington IL 61704 with a copy of your invoice.
